How to order

    Simply look around the product range of Crafty Little Devils adding the products you require to your shopping cart as you go. When you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to register (if not a member already) with Crafty Little Devils by filling out the simple online form and creating your own unique password, making shopping easier the next time you visit us. You can keep a check on what you have in your shopping cart and amend its contents at any time.

    The products sold within the Crafty Little Devils website are intended for the purpose of card making and other crafts. They are not toys and many may contain small removable parts so are not suitable for young children.

    There is no minimum order at Crafty Little Devils.

Sizes and Colours

    The sizes quoted within the Crafty Little Devils site are approximate and are the maximum dimension of the product. Colours are shown as close to the product colour as possible.

Out of stock products

    Our online shop works in the same way as a normal craft shop. if a stock line when you visit is out of stock, you will be unable to buy it. We try to keep as much in stock as possible but suppliers are often out of stock of popular items and we are sometimes unable to get them when we order. To avoid building up a huge outstanding list of items the ability to purchase an item is suspended as soon as we run out of any product.

    It is often the case that more than one person will have the same item in their shopping cart when we only have one left or you may have ordered more of an item than we have left in stock. When this happens the item will be marked as out of stock on your invoice and we will send it on to you as soon as we get the product in again for no additional postage charge.

    We usually send a weekly email to all customers who are awaiting out of stock items and you will be offered the choice of waiting for your item or receiving a refund. You can ask for a refund on an out of stock item at any time and it will then be removed from your order.

Paying by debit or credit card

    Security is the biggest concern for both the consumer and the retailer during an on-line transaction, so, at Crafty Little Devils we use secure debit/credit card processing systems, which is provided by Paypal or Nochex.

    If you already have a PayPal or Nochex account you may prefer to make payment using one of these secure payment systems. Even if you do not currently have a PayPal or Nochex account you can choose this option at checkout and make payment through PayPal or Nochex using a Credit or Debit card and you may open an account at the same time. One of the benefits of using either of this providers to make online payments is that you only need to enter your email address and password to make an instant payment and you know the person or company you are paying will never see your card details.

Payment by cheque

    If you prefer to pay via cheque, at the end of your shopping trip with Crafty Little Devils proceed to the checkout and select the cheque payment option. You will be emailed an invoice and payment instructions including our mailing address, simply print a copy of the invoice and send it to us together with your cheque. Please write your name, address and order number on the reverse of your cheque.

    Please note that If Crafty Little Devils have not received your payment within 14 days of placing your order, it is automatically cancelled from within the payment system.

    When paying by cheque, please note that as per standard banking practice, we allow 4 - 6 full working days after receiving your cheque to allow for clearance through the banking system before we dispatch your goods.

We can only accept cheques in UK Pound Sterling or in Euros.
