Our aim is to despatch orders within 48 hours.
Orders received after 5pm are deemed to have been received the following morning.
Orders received after 5pm on Friday are deemed to have been received the following Monday morning.

Local Delivery Service (Within La Linea or Gibraltar) - This service is only available on order of £10.00 or over.
Delivery will occur same day (24hrs), or next business day (48hrs), depending on when the order was received. This service has a £1.00 fee to cover packaging.
Correos National Service - Spain also includes Gibraltar.
Spanish & Gibraltar Postage and Packing is £2.95 regardless of quantity, weight or size and we deliver orders over £60.00 are free.

There is a free option of receiving your goods in person.
The option can be us delivering the goods to your door for free if you live in La Linea or Gibraltar.
Another option is at any car boot sales, craft show, fete or fair that we may be present at. These will appear on the event calendar on our home page.
This option is only available if arrangements have been made through us and have been agreed so please

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order.
Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted.
Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price,
you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Please do allow 7 working days before making enquiries about your order.
Please note:
If your parcel is undelivered due to no one being at the delivery address when the postal services calls,
they will leave you a card for you to collect your parcel from them at your local delivery/sorting office.
If your parcel is returned to Crafty Little Devils due to being uncollected from a local sorting office, a refund will be made to you by the same means you paid us for the cost of the goods minus the cost of the postage and packing,
goods will not automatically be resent. In these circumstances, customers will need to re-shop for their order.
Risk of loss
All items purchased from Crafty Little Devils are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss
and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier or postal service this in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Refunds, returns & cancellation policy
If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please email us by using the
Contact us form within 14 days. We will naturally replace or refund for the damaged goods as required. We will
also credit the normal First Class/standard parcels cost of returning your goods (This will be reimbursed as a credit towards
your next order. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED GOODS WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST.
If you do not like the goods you have chosen or if you have ordered the wrong goods, please return them to us within 14 days of
receipt. Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned
items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened.
You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items
please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office or courier as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit
back to us. Any substitute goods should be ordered through the website as a new order in the usual way as we do not offer an exchange
service.
A handling charge of 15% will be applied on all UNWANTED goods returned.This is to cover the cost of admin, banking and postal
charges.
Some items, eg. cards, envelopes and flowers do not travel well in jiffy bags. If you wish to return items such as this, it is your
responsibility that they are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. If any
returns received by us are not in a re-saleable condition, we may only offer a credit of 50% of the retail value of the goods to be
given against a future order with us.
Special order items cannot be returned. Die-cuts which are made to order cannot be returned without prior permission from us.
Refunds for returned items will be made through Paypal to the credit/debit card on which the purchase was made within 14 days of receipt of
the returned item(s). Items paid by cheque will be paid back by the same means. |
